Payment is made using the platform’s system, and various mechanisms such as credit cards and cashless payments are also involved.
Therefore, any requests for refunds of products purchased can only be handled by the platform side.

The following are the issues that can be addressed within EASYTRIP:

・Inquiries about fraudulent processing of Tip settlements after purchasing Tips.
・Inquiries regarding the handling of Tips obtained after purchasing a SupporterCard.
・Inquiries when you are unable to properly receive AREA after purchasing it with Tips or Mileage.
